This will be a pre-travel post to set up the blog on our new Apple Computer.  We will be returning to Australia on August 29, 2012.  Our itinerary is almost firm.  We are going to start in Brisbane with a few days on Heron Island.  The last tine we visited the Great Barrier Reel was during a cyclone (we are hoping for calmer waters).  Then we will fly to Alice Springs where we will rent a small motor home. We will have a six day "out back" adventure, traveling to Adelaide where we visit our Ashland friends Bill and Kris.  A new experience on this trip will be a week-long  drive around Tasmania after an overnight ferry ride.  We will see some more friends around Melbourne and the capitol of AU, Canberra.  After all of that exploring & driving we will head east on Air New Zealand with a stop to relax on Rarotonga in the Cook Islands.  We are looking forward to sharing our adventures with you.
